There
is no doubt that the omega-3 fatty acids are essential to health, They are
fundamental molecules in the structure and activity of the membranes of all
cells throughout the body.
They also have highly specialised functions in neurological tissues, especially
the brain and retina.
Found primarily in cold water fish, Omega 3 Fatty Acids are a form of
polyunsaturated fats, which unlike saturated fats associated with heart
disease, are actually good for your health. Researchers are constantly announcing new benefits of supplementing with Omega
