Omega 3

There is no doubt that the omega-3 fatty acids are essential to health, They are fundamental molecules in the structure and activity of the membranes of all cells throughout the body.

They also have highly specialised functions in neurological tissues, especially the brain and retina.

Found primarily in cold water fish, Omega 3 Fatty Acids are a form of polyunsaturated fats, which unlike saturated fats associated with heart disease, are actually good for your health.

Researchers are constantly announcing new benefits of supplementing with Omega Oils. In May 2005 an article in the Daily Mail entitled 'The Cleverness Capsule' revealed how omega oils made a big improvement in concentration, memory and mood in children.

More recently in 2005, the BBC aired a programme  called 'Could fish make my child smart' which investigated the many reported health benefits of omega oils.
